UBI (Universal Basic Income) is an economic policy in which all citizens are unconditionally guaranteed a periodic cash payment to cover fundamental life necessities. Many governments are actively exploring, experimenting with, and researching UBI, finding it an increasingly intriguing and promising concept.
UBI Lab Finland has organized and facilitated several sensemaking sessions on Hunome. The UBI Build on Hunome aims to foster mutual learning about UBI and to educate decision-makers worldwide, including those outside the UBI Labs network.
Hunome actively consolidates the knowledge, experiences, and ideas of individuals in the global network of UBI Labs and those outside it, bringing them together to converse in one accessible and inclusive location.
